A designer toy store…In Arizona?!? Are you nuts?
Yes, I am nuts but that's not the point. I moved to Taiwan in 97' and it didn't take me too long to get lost into toys. It started off simple - this little skull figure from Hot Dog Toys called Hallowteens. That was pretty much that. Oh sure, at first only bought little figures, but it wasn't long before I realized I'd spent several hundreds of dollars on $5 toys.
Fast forward a couple years. I ended up getting shipwrecked back home in Tucson. I thought it would be over but it wasn't long before I was spending $50 bucks at a time on .50 cent Homies. There were tons of trips to Wacko in LA, Toy Tokyo in NY, and all types of random websites. While that was all fine and dandy I wanted more… my needs just weren't getting met. I had to take matters into my own hands.

What's with the name?
My Dad use to call me Lulubell. I HATED it. I mean I was like five or six when I first remember hearing that name. I wanted a name like Tiger, or Solider, or Ace. You know, something cool. Hell, I would of even taken Murdock, but noooo… I got Lulubell! It just didn't seem to fit my rough and tumble life. Well, I kind of forgot about the name until it was time to come up with what I was going to call the new toy store I was thinking about opening. It wasn't my first choice. My first choice was ”Lake Titicaca International Imports”. I'm just that kind of guy. So after I figured out I'd probably get more ladies looking for weird broaches or woven baskets than toy geeks, I went back to the drawing board. I really couldn't think of anything and then it hit me. Lulubell. It was perfect. Sounded like a toy store and the more I thought about it the cooler it sounded. I love and miss my dad very much and this was a great way to remember a really cool guy. ~Luke Rook
What’s the Scoop on Online Ordering?
Lulubell Online shares the majority of its stock with the retail
store. Inventory is updated nightly, and most items are available to
ship immediately, unless designated as a pre-order item. All pre-order
items have an estimated arrival date, but Lulubell cannot be held
responsible for unforeseen delays from the manufacturer on pre-sale
items. All pre-orders are paid at the time of placing the order to secure the item from the vendor.
If any items are sold out, you will be notified within 2 business days. We will confirm the remaining items on the order, if any, via email (preferred method), or carrier pigeon.
We generally ship USPS priority mail for all domestic shipments under 2 lbs. All shipments over 2 lbs. are generally shipped via UPS ground. Basically, we try to pick the best & fastest shipping method for each individual order! Please contact us for rates on expedited shipping if you need an item in a hurry. We will do our best to make it happen for you! I know how I get when I buy a toy – I want it NOW!
Do you ship to my country?:
We embrace our international toy fanatic fellowship! Overall, if you want it, we’ll do our best to get it to you! We love meeting toy enthusiasts from all over the globe, and have shipped to many awesome people around the world.
Lulubell prefers USPS priority and express international for all international orders due to their careful handling and reasonable shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for Customs or Brokerage Fees and Taxes, and we cannot mark shipments as low value gift (sorry). Please be aware that all items over $20USD may incur customs fees depending on your country’s laws. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
How do you handle Returns?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us via phone or e-mail if you would like to make a return. If an item arrives damaged, and you live in the US, we will issue a return label to you to ship the item back to us. If you are an international customer with damaged goods, we request you mail the item back to us, and we will refund your postage fees upon receipt of the item – and get a new one back out to you asap! All customers will be responsible for return shipping costs on all non-defective/damaged items.
Lulubell will make every attempt to replace the original item if it arrives damaged. If an item is no longer in-stock, the customer will be given the choice of backordering the item (if possible), picking another item of equal value or receiving a refund for the cost of the product and shipping. If a replacement item is available, we will ship the replacement as soon as the defective item is returned to us.
If more than 7 days have elapsed from the date of delivery, Lulubell will no longer be responsible for any damage to your items. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have a problem with a product that we offer.
All blind boxes must be returned in their original (unopened) factory sealed condition, or no credit will be given.
What the heck is a blind box?
Blind box toys come sealed inside a box, and you don’t know which one you are getting until you open it up! You can open 5 blind boxes and get 5 different figures, or 5 the same, or 2 the same & three different, or a really rare one and 4 sucky ones…you get the idea? It’s the thrill of the suspense and luck of the draw.
